Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Head Pickleball Professional who is passionate about growing pickleball at all levels. This leader will spend significant time on-court delivering lessons, clinics, and events, while also helping guide programming and support staff development.

Your Mission:

Deliver a minimum of 30-35 hours per week of private lessons, group classes, and specialty programming. Serve as an ambassador for pickleball across all skill levels and age groups. Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and high energy on court. Help create and retain players through fun, engaging, and skill-based programming. Host member events, clinics, and tournaments to build community. Assist the Pickleball Director with staffing, training, and national call participation as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a pickleball or racquet sports professional.

Professional certification preferred:

PPR, RSPA, IPTPA, or RPO. 4.5+ skill level strongly preferred. Strong teaching, communication, and leadership skills. Compensation /
