We’re looking for an experienced Club Director to join our team and help drive programming, events, and athlete development. • Plan and execute practices, clinics, tournaments, and recruiting coordination
• Oversee event scheduling in Charleston and Columbia
• Build relationships with local and high school lacrosse programs
• Develop and manage programming, sales/marketing efforts, and administrative coordination
• Use LeagueApps software to manage club logistics and track athlete progress
• Maintain organized documentation and performance data
• Represent Charleston Elite at events and in the community
• Create a high-quality, engaging experience for athletes and families Requirements
• Active US Lacrosse Membership
• CPR/AED Certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience coaching/training youth athletes
• Familiarity with athlete development environments
• Team-oriented, positive, and high-energy mindset
• Passion for growing the sport and mentoring young player Bonus Qualities
• Prior experience in the role of club director.
• Prior experience with LeagueApps or similar sports management tools
• Background in event planning, program development, or sports marketing
