Experience Required We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Golf Professional (3rd Assistant) to serve both Solina Golf Club and Columbia Country Club . This is a shared, full-time position with consistent duties at both locations , focusing on leadership, service, event support, and professional development. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality experience across both clubs. Qualifications Registered PGA Associate or actively pursuing PGA Class A membership (preferred) Previous experience in golf operations, outside services, or golf shop roles Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Familiarity with golf rules, etiquette, and equipment Essential Responsibilities Key Responsibilities (At Both Facilities) Outside Operations Leadership Supervise and train outside services staff Maintain clean and efficient staging and cart areas Oversee daily setup and breakdown of outside operations Member & Guest Service Provide a warm, professional, and knowledgeable presence Foster strong member relationships and communicate club policies clearly Tournament & Event Support Assist in organizing and executing tournaments, leagues, and clinics Support Junior Golf programs and member-focused events Golf Shop & Administrative Duties Assist with retail operations, tee time management, and merchandising Uphold professional standards and assist with day-to-day golf shop duties
