The Director will manage, coordinate and coach (as needed) the classes for PAC. A qualified candidate will have exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in the development of the classes Lead Sports Team staff (including hiring, scheduling and training) Organize/facilitate training clinics as needed Development of program curriculums (gymnastics, cheer, tumble, ninja, swim) Create and communicate routine newsletters Lead by example to constantly improve PAC’s image and community relations

Qualifications:

Gymnastics, Cheer or Dance experience required Must be willing to obtain Class B CDL license with Passenger endorsement (on-site training available) Swim instructor certification (on-site training available) CPR certification
