Volleyball League Assistant Director Hustle Factory Volleyball Club Spring Hill, TN 37174

• Assist the Program Director in managing daily operations and activities of the organization
• Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall experience for athletes
• Provide guidance and support to staff/coaches, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively carry out their duties
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate practice and competition schedule
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to athlete participation, progress, and achievements
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes
• Serve as a role model for athletes and other coaches, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence “`Requirements“`

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

• Keep up to date all USAV required memberships each season
• Experience working with young and inexperienced athletes in an educational or recreational setting
• Knowledge or experience in Volleyball skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team including other coaches and the Director of the program
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A passion for coaching youth not just athletically but also helping them grow in their character and leadership skills
• Childcare experience is preferred but not required
