Full time lead pastry chef/ baker needed for busy award-winning bakery. Must have professional kitchen experience. No home bakers please. Culinary degree plus 2 years experience in a professional kitchen. Experience mixing and baking scratch cookie doughs, cake batters and frostings. Basic cake decorating skills , in whipped cream and buttercream frosted cakes. Must have organizational skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Also an enthusiasm for the industry. Must love cake! Day Shift Tuesdays through Fridays 7 am start, Saturdays 5 am start. Alternate Sunday morning shifts, plus more during peak holiday times.
