Full Job Description Hours:

• Start at Stamford at 3:00 AM
• Arrive in Rye at 5:30 AM and stay until 8:30 AM

Compensation:

Starting at $17/hr + $5/hr average in tips

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated early-riser baker to prepare croissants, muffins, pastries, and staple baked items daily— on-site and from scratch. This is a split-location position supporting both our Stamford and Rye shops.

Responsibilities:

• Bake all pastry and bread items for two cafés
• Maintain a clean, organized production space
• Follow and refine recipes as needed
• Coordinate with managers and chefs on production schedule Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00
• $20.
