We’ve got a smooth-running team behind the counter, so you’ll have to work well with others, always communicating in a positive manner with managers and co-workers. Responsible for ensuring a full cake display at all times. Responsible for maintaining cake inventory in the walk-in freezer to satisfy the “build-to.” “Builds” and decorates ice cream cupcakes. “Builds” ice cream cookies. Ensures custom cake orders are completed on time and according to customer specifications. Prepares frosting weekly for cake inscriptions.

Requirements Able to build and decorate a minimum of 8 cakes per hour Experience using ganache and buttercream Skill in executing custom designs. Works 25-30 hours a week. The schedule is flexible.
