We’re on a mission to help people eat better without sacrificing flavor — and we’re looking for an Assistant Baker to join our passionate team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Baker to support our Head Baker and CEO in the daily production of our protein cookies. You’ll work closely with our companies leader to ensure that every batch meets our high standards for taste, texture, and nutritional quality. Please feel free to apply! Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and baking protein cookie batches according to established recipes Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients Ensure consistency and quality across all products Operate baking equipment safely and cleanly Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Package cookies for delivery or sale as needed Help with inventory tracking and restocking ingredients Follow food safety and handling guidelines at all times Assist with other kitchen or production tasks as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
