In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality croissants that meet our standards of excellence. As a Croissant Maker, you will utilize your expertise in food preparation and production to create delicious pastries that delight our customers. If you have a love for baking and a strong background in the food industry, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes for croissant dough. Mix, knead, and roll dough to achieve the perfect texture and consistency. Shape and fold croissants using traditional techniques to ensure quality. Bake croissants in accordance with established time and temperature guidelines. Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal results, adjusting as necessary. Package finished products for display or sale while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a kitchen or restaurant setting, is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation and handling, with an emphasis on baking techniques. Familiarity with culinary tools such as knives and other kitchen equipment. Knowledge of food production processes and best practices in pastry making is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
