The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the culinary arts, particularly in baking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in food production. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, lavash, pizza and other according to established recipes. Ensure all baked goods are produced in compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Measure and mix ingredients accurately to maintain consistency in product quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Package finished products for sale or distribution while ensuring freshness and quality. Skills Proficient in food handling techniques with a strong understanding of food safety practices. Experience with various baking methods and techniques, including pastry preparation. Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and effectively. Knowledge of catering processes is a plus, enhancing the ability to produce items for events. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with an eye for detail in presentation and flavor combinations.
