The ideal candidate will support daily bakery operations, help prepare baked goods, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and provide excellent customer service when needed. Key Responsibilities:
Assist bakers in preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and other baked goods Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently Package, label, and display finished bakery items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and kitchen area Wash dishes, clean equipment, and sanitize surfaces according to health and safety standards Stock shelves and monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies Provide customer service at the counter when needed, including taking orders and handling payments Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Qualifications Strong background in food preparation and baking techniques Experience in customer service within the food industry Proficient in pastry skills. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
