Artisan Baker J Hospitality Group Vero Beach, FL 32960 Seeking an experienced, passionate, and skilled bread and pastry baker to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and a love for creating artisan baked goods. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste. This position requires a professional who is experienced in a wide array of bread baking, pastry making, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety. Duties Prepare a variety of artisan breads and baked goods for our bakery and café. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and organized, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop bread for the cafe Maintain proper food handling procedures throughout the baking process. Have some skill in the kitchen for down time prep and cooking. Experience Previous experience in a culinary and bread baking role is required Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. A creative mindset with an enthusiasm for baking and catering. Works well with others
