What You Will Do Follows Food Division Standards and Best Practices Demonstrate working knowledge of menu Follow food safety standards and maintain work area andequipment in accordance with Health Department standards Follow area specific steps of service, deliver food andbeverages in a timely fashion Demonstrate MAGIC selling skills Educate, sample, and serve customers food products Produce and present freshly prepared products according tocompany and Health Department standards by following recipes orbuild sheets Effectively deal with multiple customers and communicatecustomer requests or concerns to other associates and manager onduty Open and close area following appropriate checklist, verifyingcompletion with Manager on Duty prior to leaving the area Follow production guides, maintain stock levels and standardsin product presentation Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code to complywith company and Health Department standards Perform other duties as needed Foster an environment of acceptance and respect thatstrengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections withcolleagues, customers, and communitiesWho You Are No Education or Experience Required No experience required Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such assafety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, andprocedural manuals Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours,including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidaysEssential PhysicalRequirements You Will Perform This position requires lifting, constant moving, standing, andreaching with arms and hands.
