The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with laminated dough and croissant production and possess a willingness to learn and grow with us. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an environment where quality and innovation come first. Responsibilities Laminate dough, shape croissants, and oversee all aspects of croissant production. Proof and bake croissants to perfection. Prepare other baked goods, such as breads, cookies, and pastries. Mix doughs and assist in inventory management. Ensure all baked items are produced according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standards. Take initiative to learn and improve processes while contributing to the team. Help with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a productive environment. Requirements Proven experience as a baker, with a strong focus on laminated dough and croissants.
Bonus:
experience making breads, cookies, and pastries. Experience using a dough sheeter is essential. Ability to work night shifts, overnight shifts, and morning shifts (12 AM – 8 AM). Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
