We’re Sweet Lich’s , a fun and fast-growing dessert spot in South Miami serving up cookies, pies, ice cream, and good vibes. We’re on the hunt for someone awesome to join our small but mighty team — someone who knows their way around a mixing bowl, but also has leadership chops to help keep the kitchen running smoothly. Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 6

South Miami, FL What You’ll Be Doing:

Baking our signature cookies, pies, and cakes (including decorating cakes beautifully!) Making small-batch ice cream from scratch (don’t worry, we’ll show you how if needed!) Leading by example in the kitchen — delegating tasks, training new hires, and keeping things organized Helping out with customer service when needed — we all pitch in! Managing inventory and placing grocery/supply orders Making sure our kitchen stays clean, safe, and smooth-running

What We’re Looking For:

Baking experience — especially with cakes, cookies, and pies Cake decorating skills (must love frosting!) Some leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen is a big plus A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Strong time-management and organization skills Someone who’s excited to grow with us as we grow Why Work at Sweet Lich’s?
