We are a high-volume bakery and have high standards of quality and cleanliness. As a dough maker, you’ll work with your hands to create fresh, amazing cookie dough. With a weekly rotating menu, you’ll get to make many different kinds of cookies, keeping it new and fun each week! As a Dough Makers, you’ll learn to: Make cookie dough the Crumbl Way on 60 quart commercial mixers Read and understand Crumbl recipes Make frostings, glazes and toppings Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to make cookies Test ingredients, dough and cookies to ensure that items meet Crumbl standards for quality Cross train as a baker What we offer: Flexible hours to work around your specific schedule; shift ranging from 5am-midnight Discounts on cookies Closed on SUNDAYS! •Advancement opportunities available for those looking to grow with our company!

We ask you to:

Have some baking/mixing experience (preferred) Multitask in a fast paced environment Be at least 18 years old Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their ‘perfect cookie quest’ to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
