Ice cream shop vendor Quore Gelato LLC Miami, FL 33132 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Ice Cream Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious ice cream and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your culinary skills and creativity to create unique flavors while adhering to food safety standards. If you have a love for the food industry and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you! Duties Prepare and produce ice cream using high-quality ingredients while following established recipes. Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained according to food safety regulations. Operate kitchen equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Assist in the development of new flavors and seasonal offerings. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and upselling products. Maintain cleanliness in the production area, including proper storage of ingredients and waste disposal. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong understanding of retail math for inventory management is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for ice cream and creativity in flavor development is highly desirable.
