Since 2007, Dulce De Leche Bakery has been a beloved institution in Northern New Jersey. We’re now set to bring our proven concept to Miami, and we’re seeking a talented cake decorator and pastry assistant to contribute their skills and creativity to our latest venture.

Responsibilities:

Cake Decoration:

Create visually stunning and customized cake designs in line with customer preferences and bakery standards.

Skillfully use various decorating techniques, including icing, fondant, and edible embellishments.

Pastry Creation:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, ensuring they meet quality and taste standards. Experiment with new flavors and techniques to contribute to the bakery’s diverse menu.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold high standards of quality in all pastry and cake products, conducting regular inspections and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve and innovate on cake and pastry offerings.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels of baking ingredients, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for daily operations.

Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following hygiene and sanitation guidelines. Contribute to overall bakery cleanliness, including equipment maintenance and proper storage of ingredients.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with fellow team members, including bakers and front-of-house staff, to ensure a seamless operation.
