Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Dessert Specialist Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in bakery goods & desserts preparation. Responsibilities

• Foods & Desserts preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the front of house team for efficient service delivery Requirements
• Prior experience in a baking role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.

Training starts at 12:00AM Midnight (Paid Training at $14/hour plus tips, after training starting at $15/hour plus tips) Future shifts 12AM-6AM or 6AM-12PM (5-6 days a week, 40+ hours 1.5 overtime) Each shift will receive a FREE Employee’s item of the day + 10% OFF Employee Discount + $100 Employee of the month (monthly bonus)
