Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced bakers to join our team. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role by preparing and baking our fresh items.
Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and food items. Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with all baked goods/food items. Operate kitchen equipment such as dough mixers, ovens, etc. Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards throughout the bakery. Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient service. Ensure all food items are made correctly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a baker role; minimum 1 year. Preferably in a fast-paced bakery or cafe setting. Knowledge of baking techniques and machine operation. Ability to speak English proficiently. Bilingual is a huge plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
