The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious baked goods. Must have a minimum of 5 years scratch bread baking experience. As a Bread Baker, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality products that delight our customers and enhance their shopping experience. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and bake a variety of breads from scratch using company established recipes. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of all baked items. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests. Experience Previous experience in baking bread from scratch is necessary. Proficiency in food handling practices and knowledge of kitchen safety regulations. Strong background in food preparation techniques with an emphasis on baking. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
