The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked items while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail. Ensure all food production meets quality standards and is presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Package baked goods for display or sale while ensuring freshness and quality. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation or baking within a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen safety practices. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
