• $22 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Bakery Culinary experience Cooking Baking Restaurant experience Entry level Full Job Description We are seeking a Full Time, Career Oriented, Sourdough Baker/Assistant to the Chef to help our Executive Chef/Owner with our Restaurant and Bakery Operations.

The Candidate for this Position will maintain the standards of our current food program and will be Trained in the Current Recipes, Protocols and Procedures. The Candidate will be responsible for Prepping, Baking and Proper Execution and Plating of Orders, Dish and keeping the Kitchen Surfaces and Equipment Meticulously Safe and Clean. The ideal candidate has extraordinary attention to detail, exacting focus, and possesses strong personal leadership abilities to execute kitchen operations effectively. Previous Experience working with Sourdough would be preferred, but will train the right candidate. We are a scratch Kitchen Restaurant. Our current Food Program includes our Sourdough Bakery, Sourdough Pizzas, Sourdough Pasta, and House-Made Elevated Dishes including a Complex Multi-Course Menu. Duties & Requirements

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following established recipes
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu creation and execution
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Strong mindset for flawless execution on customer safety and satisfaction
• -Demonstrate high standards and personal accountability Compensation will consist of an Hourly Base Pay, and possible Bonuses and/or Salary.

REQUIRED

Candidates must be able to work in a quick paced environment while following Complex Company Protocols and Procedures. Must be able to be on their feet for extended periods during peak service times, lift up to 50lbs. and be able to work in extremely hot environment. Above all, Candidates must maintain a positive & professional attitude at all times and be able to represent our Brand in and away from Work, and blend well with co workers and customers while at Work. Must be able to respect and execute on our team approach at all times and lead effectively and professionally.
