Working out of our Mercado location, you’ll be responsible for producing fresh, high-quality tortillas that are distributed daily to all Red Mesa restaurants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consistent routines and takes pride in precision and quality. This is a morning to early afternoon shift position, scheduled 4-5 days per week, approximately 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
Produce large quantities of fresh tortillas daily for all Red Mesa restaurant locations Operate and maintain tortilla presses, grills, and other production equipment Mix and prepare dough, ensuring consistency, quality, and proper hydration Maintain production schedules to meet daily delivery requirements Monitor quality control standards across all batches Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep environment Assist with additional prep duties and tasks in the commissary as needed Track inventory and communicate supply needs or equipment issues to management Qualifications
