The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in baking sour dough breads, cakes and pastries recipes and food preparation. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to meet health and safety standards. Package baked goods for sale or catering orders, ensuring proper presentation. Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods.
