Baker – Morning/Daytime Smallcakes30A Inlet Beach, FL 32461 We are adding a baker to our team. The bakery and creamery need an enthusiastic, customer focused leader that can serve as baker/ice cream maker and assist with breakfast/lunch food prep. This person will also flex to the front counter during busy times of the shift. The ideal person will have a positive attitude, be organized, flexible, and work well under pressure. The responsibilities include but are not limited to making baked goods, ice cream and breakfast/lunch food prep. Ensuring that customers have a great experience once they enter our store, order taking, working the retail counter. If you are a hard worker, love interacting with the public, and like to work in a fast-paced environment we will train the right individual to bake our delicious menu. A bonus if you have cake decorating or a cake skill set. The bakery & creamery location is a beach tourist location with incredibly heavy customer traffic March through October, Thanksgiving/Christmas and New Year’s weeks. We will work with your availability for this position, but some rotating weekend and holiday availability is a must. Compensation includes a base hourly wage of $15.00 with amazing tips averaging $3-$5 per hour extra. Benefits include a fun work environment, growth potential, training, and free extra baked goods.
