The position hours are midnight (12:00am) to 8 or 9am or can be 1:00am to 9 or 10 some days. This position is a rotating type of job. One day you may be making doughnuts or fritters. One day might be frying doughnuts or baking.
Responsibilities:
This position has varied duties daily, which may include several miscellaneous duties each day, while creating orders and maintaining stock and rotation. Produce doughnuts, doughs, batters, bases, icing, glaze and other needed items. Shape, fry, and glaze donuts with precision and care. Gather ingredients and equipment to prepare all items. Follow recipes and instructions to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking and prep areas. Inventory tracking, product and ingredient stocking. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience is not required, as on-the-job training can be provided to qualified candidates. Must work well with others on all teams and be able to take directions. Must be flexible with a Positive Attitude. Must have reliable transportation. Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
Able to work in a standing position while mixing, rolling, and cutting/sheeting dough for up to 10 hours a day. Must be able to provide exceptional work pace in a limited space. Must have the ability to bend, squat and frequently lift 30 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
