Smallcakes is a small family owned business with a great work environment. We close early (7pm) which provides a great work schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, love people, and is eager to learn and motivated to do. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, complete a checklist, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering delicious products that meet our customers’ expectations. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of products including cupcakes, cookies, brownies and various treats Decorate cupcakes and other baked goods according to customer and company specifications. Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Package finished products for sale or delivery while ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Collaborate with team members to fulfill catering orders and special requests from customers. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs. Qualifications No experience required. Will train!
