This positions hub is at our Commissary Kitchen located at 771 Shallowford Road NE, Kennesaw, Ga. This is about 3 miles from our Woodstock Shop and less than 10 miles from our Marietta Shop. Responsibilities:

Carry-Out the proper procedures for creating fresh baked pies on a daily basis.

General Daily/Weekly Tasks:

Mixing pie fillings, topping pies, baking pies, prepping ingredients and contributing to the overall betterment of the kitchen team. Ensuring the warehouse and kitchen is neatly and properly inventoried, organized, and sanitized. Requirements for the

Opening procedures! 6:30am

• 1:30pm: Receive daily task list from supervisor. This could include items like prepping apples for our best selling pie
• the Apple Streusel Pie, mixing pie fillings, organizing our walk-in coolers, zesting or juicing limes for our Key Lime Pie, baking pies for the day, cleaning the kitchen space or more! This is a hands-on role and you work/interact with a team. 1:30pm
• 2:30pm: Clean up + Close Down.

End of the Day! The closer we get to holidays there is the chance of staying overtime to complete the tasks for the day.

Scheduling:

We strive to create an environment that allows for our team to enjoy a healthy work-life balance. This mean we generally have our team’s schedule set a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. We are
