The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry, with experience in mixing, pastry preparation and baking. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every product you create. Duties Prepare and bake a wide range of bread, pastries and other baked goods according to established recipes and specifications daily. Ensure all baked products meet quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies needed for baking. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other baking tools. Skills knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in baking techniques and pastry creation. Recipes development and management Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in recipe execution. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
