You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. You will also be trained to prepare and packagae assorted grab-and-go items such as cheesecake sandwiches, cheesecake shooters, chocolate strawberries and more.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Prepare assorted grab-and-go items and monitor and replenish inventory as needed. Prepare and assemble assorted cheesecake toppings such as chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and fruit toppings. Monitor and replenish inventory as needed. Take and process orders over the phone Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer Closing the store, breaking down and cleaning up after store closing, includes sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, windows and washing bakery display trays.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Must be 18 years or older to apply

Experience:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and recipe measurements
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
