Dessert & Boba Tea Specialist at Unique Restaurant (BBQ & Shabu Shabu, Dessert & Boba Tea Kanpai / Te Amo / Lao Sze Chuan 5150 Buford Hwy NE, Atlanta, GA 30340 We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Dessert & Boba Tea Specialist to join our unique restaurant, which offers three exciting dining concepts: BBQ & Shabu Shabu, a dessert & Boba tea bar, and traditional Chinese cuisine. As a Dessert & Boba Tea Specialist, you will craft visually appealing and delicious desserts, as well as refreshing Boba tea drinks, ensuring that each order is made to perfection and leaves a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing Desserts:

Craft and assemble a variety of desserts, including traditional and creative offerings, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor for every dish.

Boba Tea Creation:

Make a variety of Boba tea drinks, from classic flavors to specialty drinks, ensuring proper preparation of tea, tapioca pearls, and other ingredients.

Maintaining Quality:

Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all dessert and Boba tea offerings. Be attentive to detail and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers in a friendly manner, answer questions about the dessert and Boba tea menu, and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of ingredients and supplies for both desserts and Boba tea, notifying management when items need to be restocked.

Speed & Efficiency:

Work quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours, to fulfill orders in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Ensure that the dessert and Boba tea prep areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in making desserts, Boba tea, or similar roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality food and beverages. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Friendly and customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
