Job Description:

Since its founding in 1937, Krispy Kreme’s focus has remainedthe same – making fresh doughnuts using our founder’s originalrecipe. The brand’s iconic Hot Light lets consumers know whendoughnuts are being made in the shop so they can stop in and enjoythem hot, right off the line. Our Doughnut Makers have one of the most critical roles within ourshops! You are responsible for making our iconic doughnuts whileensuring a level of quality that meets Krispy Kreme standards andin turn, satisfying our customers. You will prepare the dough, theyeast brew, the glaze, and the fillings. Don’t worry, we will makesure you know how to do all of that to become a key member of ourteam.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production -brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings. Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, andfrying doughnuts Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all productsprepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste. Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensureproper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Two (2) years of experience in a job involving food handlingand safety. Must be 18 years of age or over. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to workany shift Ability to understand weights and measurements. Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiasedculture where our peeps are empowered to showcase theiroriginality. Present self in a professional manner, including adhering touniform standards.
