Daily Duties:

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including, pastries, chicken, egg and pasta salads, and desserts.
• Prep ready-to-eat items such as yogurt parfaits, mixed salads, snack trays, etc
• Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality and consistency standards
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
• Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results
• Decorate and package finished products for display or sale
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role in the food industry
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and baking principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a kitchen setting
