In this role, you will support the daily operations of our bakery by assisting in food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. Duties As a Bakery Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Assisting with food preparation tasks, including mixing, measuring, and baking ingredients. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Packaging baked goods for display and sale, ensuring products are presented attractively to customers. Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our products. Supporting cake decorating efforts as needed, utilizing basic decorating techniques to enhance product presentation. Collaborating with the bakery team to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards in all baked goods. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is preferred but not required.
