As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare batches of dough and operate all required machinery Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. Producing quality while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; assist in ordering as necessary. Skills Proficient in various baking techniques and methods, including pastry preparation Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry. Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely, including knives and mixers. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both preparation and presentation. Experience in large-scale food production is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team environment. Passion for baking and creativity in developing new recipes or designs.
