- Make pralines, brittles, frosted pecans, and fudge by hand using traditional techniques.
- Operate candy-making equipment and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Weigh, package, and prepare candies for sale.
- Uphold high standards of quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For
