Bakery Assistant Cupcake Charlie’s 10 Central Square, Mashpee, MA 02649 Company Overview Cupcake Charlie’s, founded in 2008, has expanded to seven locations, driven by a passion for quality baked goods and exceptional customer experiences. We bake our gourmet cupcakes daily and offer a variety of sweet treats in an open kitchen environment where customers can witness the magic of baking. Summary As a Bakery Assistant at Cupcake Charlie’s, you will work with the manager and other staff, to keep the operations of the shop running smoothly. This position is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a positive and upbeat work environment, and enjoy mentoring our staff and helping them to grow. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure product quality. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them with their selections. Help with inventory management by restocking goods and supplies as needed. Prepare frostings , fillings an batters Requirements Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills to enhance the customer experience. Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic culinary skills, including baking techniques.
