Production Baker 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 27 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen, MA 01844 Lead Baker Position This team member will be starting their day between 5-6am depending on the season and needs of the bakery. The Baker will need to be able to do the following: Must be able to lift 50lbs and have no problem standing for 8 hours Read formulas and multiply them correctly Scale and prep ingredients for muffins, quick breads, scones, bars, batters, cakes, pies, etc. Mix recipes based on MOPs Prepare baked goods for baking Operate rotating rack ovens, rotating deck ovens, 20qt/60qt mixers, sheeters, proofers, dividers, etc. Maintain a clean, organized and ready workstation Must be able to work in a warm kitchen environment, as well as a storage freezer Maintain, organize, rotate ingredient/inventory following F.I.F.O in the dry storage, cold/frozen storage areas May be asked to converse with customers regarding products, dietary related questions, special requests and (in the event of) issues with a product previously purchased Working within a kitchen team and company-wide team

32-50+ hour/ week (depending on season)
Work Week:
Monday thru Friday 6am-2/3pm and Sunday 6am-10/11am
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in industry
