Job Description
The Position experienced Bakery Manager who can help with start-up andcontinue to run the bakery for years to come. The Bakery and Pasta shopwill operate 5 days per week and produce breads, pizza, pasta, pastryand other products determined by this individual with owner and staffinvolvement. This individual will need to have a strong sense ofownership for the success of the Bakery?
s start-up including:
productdevelopment, quality, and staff management. In addition to the technicalknowledge of running a bakery business we are looking for a hands-onteam leader who has the ability to build and lead a successful smallteam and grow the bakery business. RequiredExperience ? 10+ years ofprofessional baking experience making naturally leavened breads and astrong technical knowledge behind bread production ? 5+ years of BakeryManagement (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and humanresources) ?
