THE JOB:
As a Baker , your role is not only to expertly follow recipes and yield guides to create delicious baked goods but also to enhance the overall guest experience by providing friendly service and a warm atmosphere, ensuring that each customer feels valued and welcomed during their visit.
THE STARTING RATE
$23.05 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides Assist in decorating cakes and pastries Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation Set-up and break down workstation Regularly run for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking Has high school diploma, GED or equivalent Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Must be 18 years of age
