This is an early morning position, starting between 12am-2am, and going until about 7am-8am, depending on the day of the week. Multiple years of bakery experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Bake various products for our retail locations, including: croissants, muffins, danish, bread and various other breakfast pastries.
• Reliability and consistency are crucial to this role
• everything must be done on time everyday in order to open our doors for service at 7am.
• The ability to work at a faced pace in the early morning hours and juggle multiple items baking and proofing in multiple ovens/ proof boxes.
• Must have prior experience with commercial bakery equipment, such as: ovens, proof boxes, mixers, etc.
• After each days bake off, you will have 1-2 hours of prep tasks for the next day.

Pay for this job is a range and final pay offered will be based off of interview performance and experience.
