The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in food production and a love for creating delicious baked goods. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products while adhering to food safety standards. If you have experience in the kitchen and a flair for baking, we want to hear from you! Duties Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all baked products. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer specifications or company standards. Package finished products for display or delivery, ensuring they are presented attractively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events and special orders. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry arts, is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking processes. Experience in cake decorating is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
