We are looking for a bread/bagel baker with a positive outlook who is ready to learn and contribute as a team member to our stellar Bread Kitchen crew. Duties include all aspects of the bagel bake, including scaling, shaping, handling, and managing dough; boiling and baking our delicious bagels, as well as some baking of our seasonally-based assortment of artisan breads and baguettes. While some commercial baking experience is preferred, we are happy to speak with someone looking to advance into commercial baking. This is a part-time position 3-4 days per week with flexibility of days but must include one weekend day. Hours are 3 a.m.
