Dough Maker (part of Ilitch Holdings) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 4598 Main Street, Shallotte, NC 28470 Responsibilities Making fresh dough using measurement skills Disassembling machinery Cleaning machine after dough make Clean and sanitize dough station Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age A food handler’s license is preferred. The ability to follow standardized recipes. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills.
