Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with bread production
• Experience with lamination and croissant production
• Ability to produce thoughtful, seasonal specials
• Ability to produce a diverse range of goods with consistency
• Attention to presentation and attractive case displays
• Experience working in high-volume environments
• Ability to collaborate with BOH and FOH teams This position offers plenty of room for creative freedom and expression.
