Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following and may change or be adjusted at any time: Having a positive attitude and working as a team member Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest has a positive experience Stock and display pastries, bread, prepared foods and retail items in store Put together orders for guests Keep store clean and organized Operate coffee machines and other kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Complete store opening / closing duties Physical Demands and Work Environment Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for hospitality and delivering a memorable guest experience. May be required to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects up to 25 lbs Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time Occasionally crouch and climb.
