Hours:

3:30 to 10:30

• Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cookies
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
• Customer Service/ Answering the Phones
• Help Maintain a Clean and Organized Bakery
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods

Skills:

• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Proficiency in using knives and other baking tools
• Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to handle and store ingredients properly
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
