This position is leadership role in which you will maintain functions of the front of house during your shift. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader, has a friendly and positive outlook, and excels in a team environment. Shifts for this position will be scheduled between the hours of 8am-6pm. This Full-Time position pays an average of $16-17/hour ($13/hour base pay, plus $3-$4+/hour in uncapped tip sharing) Responsibilities
- Lead the front team by delegating tasks and responsibilities throughout the day
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, make them feel welcome
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions. Lead the conversation
- Package customer orders accurately and diligently to maintain line flow
- Complete phone and email orders with specific detail, including follow up and filling out order forms
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner Qualifications
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, even in frustrating scenarios
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Weekend flexibility, weekends are a must
- Must be able to work without access to cell phone
- Friendly communication skills are a must
